The application deadlines for the 2012-13 year for OGS and NSERC are now over. Please check back mid-August 2012 for deadlines and information on the 2013-14 year competition. Questions about OGS and NSERC scholarships can be directed to:

Results of 2012-13 OGS and NSERC Competitions

Below are the approximate dates that you will receive notification of the results of the 2012-13 competition (information taken from OGS and NSERC websites).

  • OGS - Early May 2012, notifications about the results of the competition will be released.
  • NSERC - NSERC notifies applicants whose applications were submitted to NSERC of the results by mail sometime in April (revised from March 31).

NOTE: There are very few scholarships available to students entering the Master of Engineering (MEng) or Master of Engineering in Electric Power Engineering programs. Please refer to the individual websites above for eligibility criteria.
