This represents many years of work on preparing a free on-line text book for numerical analysis specifically targeting electrical and computer engineering. The author first began working on this text in the Fall 2005 term when he taught ECE 204 Numerical Methods for Computer Engineers. While this text does not use the wiki format, suggestions and comments are more than welcome.
