CCECE Student Subsidy Program

To all CCECE04 Participants,

On behalf of the IEEE Kitchener/Waterloo Section, I would like to congratulate you on your recent participation in the Canadian Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering.

The IEEE KW Section is proud to participate in the CCECE 2004 IEEE Student Subsidy Program, which aims at providing IEEE student members with some financial assistance to help offset some of the costs associated with participation in the conference.

To be eligible for the subsidy, you must be an IEEE Student member in the KW Section that attended the CCECE 2004 conference.

The Section has set aside a maximum of $2000 for the program. The funding distribution will be equally divided among eligible IEEE student members in the KW Section.

We have done our best to identify all the IEEE students that had participated in the conference, but if you know of any other IEEE student member CCECE 2004 participants that have not received this notice, please forward on this notice and the associated forms.

Here are Word and PDF versions of the form that must be filled out and submitted to the section. See the instructions on the forms for further details. Note that the deadline for submissions of the subsidy claim form (including copies of receipts) is June 18, 2004, and the cheques will be sent out shortly after the deadline.

Thank you and congratulations once again.

Mauro Rossi
