Video Submission Details

RO-MAN 2021 will be a fully online conference, hosted through underline.io. It will follow a flipped model, where a 10-minute pre-recorded talk for each accepted paper will be made available to all conference attendees through the online platform.

[REQUIRED 1] Record a 10-minute max video presentation for each paper by July 12, 2021. You can record your talk either using the software provided by underline or with the software of your choice. Please read the instructions provided by underline for recording your talk.

[REQUIRED 2] Complete the following Speaker Form by July 12, 2021, which is how you provide speaker details and upload your video: https://ro-man2021speakerform.paperform.co/. If you use the software provided by underline (Screencast-o-matic), you will be able to upload your video directly through the software. If you use your own software, then you will upload your video using this form.
