Coffee breaks will take place in the lobby of the 4th floor of the Engineering 7 building just outside the lecture room where the talks will take place. This is also where the poster presentations will be held.
The University of Waterloo graduate students have put together a list of restaurants. Many of these restaurants are located in the University Plaza right next to the Engineering 7 building. In that plaza you will find many different food options.
A low cost option for lunch is the student-operated C&D (coffee and donut) shop. The C&D has hot lunches, soups, sandwiches, drinks, snacks, pastries, and desserts. The C&D is cash and debit only.
Other on campus food locations can be found here.
Uptown Waterloo has various other restaurants and can be accessed via a short walk through Waterloo Park or by light rail transit.
